Healing the Nervous System 

If you have experienced sexual assault, you may notice your body still reacts with anxiety, tension, or feeling overwhelmed; these responses are common after trauma. You are not alone in how your body responds after trauma.

In this 10-week group, you will learn 8 simple Trauma and Resiliency-Informed skills (TRM)© to calm your nervous system, feel more grounded, and reconnect with a sense of safety.  Healing is possible, and support is available.

This group is for you if:

• You sometimes feel anxious, overwhelmed, or your body feels tense or on alert
• You want tools to restore balance in mind, body and spirit, after trauma. 
• You want a supportive and confidential space with other survivors
