The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor (MHCS) provides clinical support and administrative oversight for the program. The primary function of this role is to guide and empower United Mental Health Promoters (UMHPs) and Senior UMHPs in their daily operations. Additionally, the MHCS serves as a key liaison, engaging with community and County partners to improve overall wellbeing within the Unhoused Population program participants in SD4.
The Counselor Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management and support services to survivors of domestic violence participating in ELAWC's Domestic Violence Supportive Family Assistance (DVSFA) Program. The counselor case manager's work entails writing a service plan or contract with the client providing counseling and support education, advocacy, transitional services and consistent monitoring/ evaluation of the client's progress. The Counselor Case Manager will work closely with all other crisis management staff to ensure that all of the agency's services are effectively offered to clients in need of ELAWC's services. This role works closely with the Clinical Coordinator in providing case management services to help move these clients towards a long-term self-sufficiency.
