Embajadoras de Paz

Your recurring donation (monthly or annually) ensures healing and support for victims of domestic and sexual violence and violence prevention for the community at large. You will become a part of the Embajadoras de Paz Circle. Embajadoras will:

• Receive quarterly updates
• Invitations to Cafe con events
• Invitations to community events, and
• Receive an Embajadoras de Paz Tote Bag

Employee Giving

Many workplaces offer the opportunity to make a donation to local charities. This can be done through the simple process of a payroll deduction or by specifying ELAWC on your company’s Combined Federal Campaign or via United Way.

Tribute Giving 

A tribute gift is an ideal way to honor friends on special occasions or to cherish the memory of a loved one while supporting the programs and services of ELAWC. To make an honorarium or memorial gift, simply include the name of the person(s) you are commemorating on the memo line of your donation payment.

Give Through a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF)

If you have a Donor-Advised Fund (DAF), you can make a meaningful gift to the East Los Angeles Women’s Center — without writing a new check. When you recommend a grant from your DAF to ELAWC, you retain the tax benefits for the year you fund your DAF, while your grant supports survivors right now.
