This Grief & Loss group offers a safe space to share your experiences with others going through similar events. People often enter a period of grief after a loss, but everyone experiences grief differently. You might feel intense anger, fear, or sadness. This group will reinforce that you are not alone in your grieving. It might help to see that others are going through similar life changes as you are, though differently. This group aims to teaches coping skills - You can learn from others and exchange ideas for handling difficult situations.
