Floreciendo Juntas | Blossoming Together | Weekly Circle in Spanish at La Posada Housing Program 

Floreciendo Juntas / Blooming Together is a five-week (5) restorative healing curriculum grounded in the principles of Restorative Justice (RJ) — truth-telling, connection, and transformation. Created for Latinx women, particularly survivors of trauma or domestic violence, this journey fosters healing from the inside out. Through weekly themed circles — Mis Raíces (My Roots), El Rol (The Role), Lo Que Dimos (What We Gave), Huella Viva (Living Legacy), and Raíces de Agradecimiento (Roots of Gratitude) — participants are guided to explore identity, redefine womanhood, honor sacrifice, reflect on legacy, and cultivate gratitude. Each circle invites vulnerability, empowerment, and community connection, allowing participants to transform pain into purpose. Floreciendo Juntas embodies RJ’s vision of collective healing, where survivors reclaim their voice, agency, and capacity to bloom together in solidarity.
