This is a 16-week group designed to teach anger management techniques, healthy tools, and useful methods to regulate emotions.  It will also help you understand and control anger, utilizing proven-effective techniques within a supportive, non-judgmental community.  Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it gets out of control and turns destructive, it can lead to problems at work, in personal relationships, and in the overall quality of life.
